Disable DECT 6.0 turn off radio

Still see no tech answer for this .
Need to turn off DECT 6 radio in base unit .
Never want these running .
Is there a way to turn this off or go internally and disable the radio.
Using wired only and a radio constantly on is a show stopper as far as using ooma service .
I am sure there are firmware / software settings a tech could direct someone to do using the internet
or usb connection.

Connect a computer to the Home jack. If the computer has wireless capability, disable it.
Computer must be configured to use DHCP to get its IP address.
Connect to

http://setup.ooma.com
or
http://172.27.35.1

Click on the DECT tab
Click on Disable DECT.
