Recently my Telo device went silent. It is also recently out of warranty. Voice messages play on my handset in another room but not on my Telo and I cannot delete messages when they are left. Increasing or decreasing the volume is also silent. Many others seem to have this problem and it seems to have been resolved by dropping back some firmware updates. Is it possible to fix this or do I need to buy another Telo?
Do most people need to buy new Telo devices every 1.5 years?
