Authentication calls not received
As part of two-layer authentication, more and more of my contacts are insisting on sending a verification code via text or phone call. I cannot receive texts on my desktop, so I opt for the phone call. But no such call has ever gotten through, and I'm wondering if Ooma has a role in this.
