My Telo2 is Not Being Updated

I'm still on Ooma Telo2 version 414894 released back in April 2019. Never updated to version 425056 released in June 2019. And now I see today (August 13) there is another update to version 434616. Can someone at Ooma help resolve this for me? TIA

Have you tried restarting your Telo?

Mine is also at 414894. All of the recent updates seem to be for the security system. I do not use Ooma security, I had a security system long before I heard of Ooma. That might explain the lack of updates.

Mine is also at 414894. Historically. it can take several months as they 'slow roll' a new update. My interpretation was that 425056 was on hold ("* rollout on hold for additional fix) & was only just superseded by 434616. It'll happen someday.

I don't use Ooma security either murphy, so this seems like a reasonable explanation for the lack of updates.

I'm on 414894 also... and I do have Ooma security installed. I would think they would push out updates to security customers more quickly when the updates apply to the service provided. :(
