Possible to Expedite Port In?

My family has had Ooma for 10+ years and I wanted to move my grandma over from POTS to VoIP. Ooma wasn't in store around her so, against my better judgement, I got her a Magicjack. Needless to say, it is just awful. She hates it.
I got her an Ooma and installed it, we are now waiting for the port from MJ to complete but MJ keeps giving her problems with incoming calls.

I know it is unlikely, and I haven't been around these parts for awhile, but is there *any* way to push her port to the top of the pile? I know this is all my fault, and if I can't get this working, she'll get frustrated and give up on the whole concept.
