Flashing Red Color

Hello my Ooma after 4 years is only Flashing Red now.
Every so often theirs a click or two.
I can login to the base unit from "Home port" but have not been able to get a quick response from the UI.
Is it dead.....

Did you make any changes to your network?
Logs show the telo was last in service on 10/16 around 9:10 pm.
Since then it's had trouble re-establishing a solid connection.
Try powering down your entire network and then power it back up starting with the modem.

What was the resolution to this issue.
I also ran into it tonight, got on chat and went through the same instructions as the original poster did, and still nothing.
Power cycled the unit 3 times.
My last service for my unit was also 2016. I believe I bought it in 2015.
Are these "old"units being targeted for replacement by Ooma?
