Porting out of OOMA to Mint Mobile

Having difficulty porting from OOMA to Mint Mobile
Info provided my OOMA is rejected by OOMA when doing the port.

Mint requires: phone number, acct#, PIN, and zip code to perform the port.

I tried variations on the account number with and without leading 1, and my zip vs. ooma zip.
The only other issue is that OOMA keeps saying that they don't require a PIN whereas Mint does. So I used 0000 with all above variations. I've even randomly tried 9999.

Mint and OOMA both keep repeating the same info, beyond frustrated.

To post an update for others, this has failed miserably.
I will try another provider after my Mint contract is over.

As a follow up to anyone who may be interested, I was able to port my number into Visible without any problems whatsoever. For whatever the hangup is between Mint and OOMA.

I tried to do the port 3 times using the Mint Mobile automated port feature. No luck - rejected by OOMA every time.
Then I called Mint Mobile and the Mint person submitted the request to OOMA while I was on the phone. She read me the status that came back from OOMA - the port would be completed in 2 days.
My total wait time was about 3 days, probably because Mint Mobile had to do something on their end after OOMA was finished. I highly recommend calling Mint Mobile. I even placed my call after normal business hours.

I just successfully ported out of OOMA to Boost Mobile
Here is what I used on June 10th 2022 and Transfer was almost instantaneous. few min while I waited with the rep.
