I have a new DP1 desk phone, and while incoming calls to my second line light up the Line 1 button with a dull red light, I don't actually hear any ringing. I can, however, pick up the line and chat.
Calls coming in on my main line light up the Line 1 button in a bright green, and I hear ringing.
Do you have any advice on how to get the phone to sound a ring for the second line?
