Nest Alerts

Every day at 415pm I get a call from my Ooma phone number. It is a recording that says: "This a notification from Nest Alerts. The person you are monitoring has not checked in during the scheduled time period."

After much searching I found this:

but the link is dead.

I also found this:

But when I log into my account, and follow those directions, I do not have Nest alerts set up.

However, this looks like the kind of thing I might have done to check that my daughter got home from school. The time window is one hour so I would have set 315p to 415p. But I want to stop it and it doesn't show the service exists on my account.

Doesn't even matter if my ooma is plugged in as this comes from the cloud end of the service, not my physical device.

Any ideas?

I have exactly the same issue except my call comes at 4:00 PM and only on weekdays.

The OOMA interface provides no options under the Nest Alerts tab to modify anything, only says it is no longer available.

Any resolution would be appreciated.
