Intellectual Property Complaints
Greetings,
I am a long time Ooma customer, i bought two Ooma telo devices but i ended using one, so i listed the other device on Amazon to sell where i received Intellectual Property Complaints, i did not know that i can't see a product that i own.
I don't want to sell the item any more but i want the Complaints removed as this could leave to my Amazon account suspension.
I sent Amazon the receipt of the item but that did not work, i sent two emails to Brand.Protection@ooma.com and asked them to help me but they did not respond, any idea what to do in this case?
