3rd new Telo not working

3rd new Telo not working

I purchased an Ooma Telo Air2 directly from Ooma which didn't work. It did 2 red flashes a pause then repeated 2 red and pause etc. I contacted CS they send a replacement that day. When it arrived it had the same problem. I contacted CS again requesting a full refund. They asked me to talk to another CS tech she went thru different steps with another tech and then a Level 3 guy? He said he figured it out and was sending another unit to me, already registered to my account, I was to plug it in let it update the software and its guaranteed to work. I did exactly what the instruction sheet said and this unit blinks 4 red, pause then repeats all night??? I have since replaced my router and modem which was originally supplied by Comcast. The replacement is a Netgear AC1200 Model C6220. The weird part is I down loaded the Qoma app to my cell phone It records messages and phone numbers but the actual device won't go solid Blue. It has no unique dial tone just fast busy. and flashes 4 red then repeat.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hard wire the Telo directly to your router to see if that works.

Does your wireless key have any special characters in it? If it does try changing the key to just letters and numbers.
Did you hard wire a computer to the Telo Home jack and configure the wireless to your router? If the computer has wireless capability it must be disabled while you do this.
