new password won't show me My Account
I forgot my password and requested a new one. I got an email with a new password which I used to log on. The login takes me directly to forums, and has no links to My Account. I've been using Ooma since 20012 and have never had any issues. Has anyone ever heard of this? How to fix?

Forum login and my.ooma login are completely independent.
Go to
https://my.ooma.com/login
and click on the password reset button.
