Ooma Telo unable to receive phone calls

Hello,
Whenever I attempt to pick up a phone call on my first gen Ooma Telo, the unit crashes and I hear loud static buzzing over the phone. During this time, the unit doesn't respond to button presses and cannot be accessed via the web UI - it's a complete hang. How would I go about fixing this issue? I've already tried a factory reset and a different phone. The unit can place calls, though.
