My doctor calls me and keeps getting this number has been disconnected
The number she is calling from is not on my blocked list
What could be wrong?

Did you transfer your number from the same phone company that the doctor uses?
If so, that phone company processed the transfer incorrectly. Ask the doctor to call the phone company and report they can't reach a known working number. You can't do it because you are no longer a customer so they will ignore you.

How do you have your blocked calls set up?
Just because you didn't block it doesn't mean that it isn't blocked...
Add your Dr to your contacts and have him try calling you and see if it comes through.
