Help me find OOMA wifi adapter drivers

Hi,
So I popped a USB 802.11n adapter from my old OOMA box into my hardwired PC, with the hopes of using via wifi. However, the PC with Win10 Pro did not automatically find the drivers.
Did some searching on the FCC ID and came up with the manufacturer as Vencer Co. Ltd as a bluetooth adapter model# csr8510 a10. I also used speccy and belarc adviser but for some reason neither of them can see the wifi adapter.
