Ported out but some calls still routed to Ooma

I recently ported out from Ooma, and Google Voice now has my number.
I can call from the new provider, and most legitimate inbound calls are getting correctly routed to Google Voice.
However, some calls (it seems from VoIP providers) are still getting routed to Ooma, as I am still getting voicemails at Ooma. Initially, it seemed to be all spam, so I was not concerned, but today I was notified by a medical provider that they were unable to reach me. I also tested by having a website call my number, and the call got routed to Ooma.
For the time being, I have worked around this issue by forwarding calls to another number, as I currently have an active Premier trial.
I’m not sure if Ooma is the party I need to contact or if it’s Google.
Please help.
