I have two lines coming in. One of these is my ported number and the other is the one I selected upon signup.

I only use the ported number. The provided number gets spam calls so I'd like to block all calls on just that line. Is that possible? (or whitelist). I don't see any way to apply settings to only one number.

Convert the second number to a private number with its own login.
You will need a handset or a Linx dedicated to that number to be able to use it.

So what happens if a caller dials that number?

That is determined by how you configure the spam control. One of the options is ring forever with the phone not actually ringing. Or it could be set to "Do not disturb".
