This morning I received an email from ooma stating that my email address had changed. Knowing I did no such thing, I logged into my ooma account and sure enough an extra digit was added to the end of my email. Nothing else seems to have been altered. Certainly don't want to lose the service I have with the wonderful no taxes because I've had ooma 10+ years now! I changed my password and contacted the chat support. Support was unable to see any specifics of login activity or who or where the change occurred. Just told me to inform them if any other changes occur in the future. Not very helpful overall.
Has anyone else had similar issues recently?
