wifi disconnects

Whenever my ooma rings (original hub) all my connected devices using wife stop working until the call has ended. Any ideas how to stop this?

It sounds like your router is connected to the home port of the Ooma Hub.
Turn off the power to your Ooma, router, and modem. If the modem has a battery, disconnect it.
Connect your router to your modem.
Connect the Ooma to a port on the router.
Connect your other devices to other ports on the router.
Do not connect anything to the Home port on the Ooma.
Power on the modem and wait for it to sync to your ISP.
Turn on the router and wait for it to finish booting.
Turn on the Ooma.

If you need to connect to the web page inside of the Ooma temporarily connect a computer to the Home port.
