cannot play voicemail message...

Hello,

I got a call today where a message was left. But when I log in and try to play it nothing happens. The "play" icon does change to "pause", and other (older) message play without trouble. And it seems that today's message is the only one that will not play.

Any ideas? Thanks!

6 days later and the message still won't play. A message was left today and it's OK. What's going on?

It's possible it's 0 sec. You can go to my.ooma.com and check the voicemail there (https://my.ooma.com/phone/voicemail). If you have Premium, you can also use the Ooma app to check voicemails.

Nope, it's not 0 seconds. According to the dashboard it's 1:12. It's still not playing, but messages that came after are OK.
