Can't Dial out or receive calls

http://172.27.35.1/ shows the Ooma is connected just fine. Dial tone works but won't dail out and when you press keys it the dial tone just persists. Tried different phones, cables, resets etc. The only thing I can figure is my account has been deactivated for some reason. Please help.

Phone Line: Disconnected
