Missing help for Telo setup web pages

The Telo2 web pages at setup.ooma.com link to help pages that may be out of date:

• help.lp (~2014, for Home, Internet, Wireless, Home Network, Advanced, DECT, Status/Device, Status/Ports, Status/Wireless, Tools/Port Scan, and Tools/System pages):
  • Internet page does not have "INTERNET Port MAC Address", but help does
  • Advanced page has "Advanced network interface settings", but help does not
  • Advanced page has "Minimum Fall-back Dwell", but help does not
  • Tools/Port Scan page help is missing; (link opens to 'Status/Ports' section instead)
  • Tools/System page help is missing; (link opens to top of page instead)
• help.html (~2012, for Ringtones, BlueTooth, and Tools/Call Statistics pages):
  • Tools/Call Statistics page help is missing; (link opens to top of page instead)

Both help pages also describe the 'Bandwidth Measurement Tool' and 'DNS Lookup Tool', which are not available.

any idea what the "Connect Wait time" and "minimum fall-back dwell" settings are?

The Telo help describes "Connect Wait Time":

Number of seconds to wait for a wifi connection.

However, the "Minimum Fall-back Dwell" remains an undocumented mystery.
