Linx line continue to ring after Telo line is picked up

I have premier service and for some reason after I answer a phone connected to my Telo the other phone that uses the Linx continues to ring. But, if I answer the Linx phone first the Telo line stops ringing. I searched the forum and found a similar post (albeit 8 yr old) but with older hardware and no posted solution. Has anyone else seen this issue and have a solution?
