Hello all,

I am wanting to have any calls that come in after I'm on the phone to roll over to voicemail immediately. Essentially turning off Call Waiting/Always turning on DND when on a call.

In the forum threads I have found, they say -- "Ask support to disable 'Allow 2nd inbound call' in the Customer Config."
Being that the newest post is from 2018, I wanted to know if this was still a thing that exists and I can do.

Here are the threads I'm referencing... I decided to create a new thread (instead bumping old ones) to help any new members or prospective members know that this is possible.
