How long is an account xfer to a new Telo supposed to take?
This is kinda annoying. I talked to a CSR 23 hours ago to put my new replacement Telo on my account. She took the info needed off the back of the unit and said she'd be sending the info to an advanced rep to do the xfer. If I was dealing with changing hardware with a cell phone or cable company, this would have been done by the end of the phone call in my experience. Also kinda jarring considering how painless it was to set up my mom's new Telo Air.

The final answer was...2 days. Don't know if being a weekend slowed it down or what, but it's fixed now.
