Charges to port number into OOMA

Charges to port number into OOMA

To my surprise, I was charged $49.24 to port my number from Comcast to Ooma. I did not see it documented that there would be additional fees tacked on to the $39.95 standard porting charge? The $9.29 seems high.

Are there any details on the fee? Maybe there are local taxes and fees that now have to be charged?
