Wireless Telo goes offline

I have a wireless Telo. It regularly and randomly goes offline for no reason. There’s no problem with the WiFi—all other devices work just fine. I never had this problem with my old Telo.

I had a very intermittent similar problem. After nearly pulling my hair out trying to troubleshoot it, I found out the power supply to my modem/router was rated 1/2 amp shy of what was called for. I had no other symptoms so I contacted the company and they shipped me a new power supply. PROBLEM SOLVED! Ooma has not gone off-line a single time since.

Good luck! Sometimes perseverance pays off.

**BTW, this was the power supply to my modem/router, not to my Ooma.
