Old unit not lighting up

model # 100-0211-100 manufacturer # OOMB9 purchased July 2013 from Amazon.

At first the 1 and 2 line lights were lit and the bottom row lights (rev, stop, play and forward) were lighting up like runway lights, left to right I believe. The giant flower or whatever that is in the center of the unit was not lighting up blue or red.

Phone Not Working at all, just a slight static noise.

First time I disconnected the power it continued to do the light show described above.

Second time I disconnected the power, plugged it back and nothing is happening.

I'm hoping there is a way to resurrect it, not a good time to buy another unit.

Any suggestions?

I'm just going to order a replacement Telo. This old unit is dead, it has served me well but it's time to let it go.
