Frankly, I think Ooma must supply the worst support on earth.

I've been waiting two months for a reply or any kind of help.I gave up on telephone support from overseas,they were no help at all and hard to understand what they say.All they know how to do are basic problems.There is no technical support here in the U.S..As paying customers we should be able to get our problems fixed immediately.
