phone compatibility Panasonic KX-TS3282B
I am new to Ooma and trying it out. I am having problems with the Ooma Telo causing our Panasonic KX-TS3282B landline corded phones to not work as they should. Indicator lights flash randomly, the intercom function will work sometimes but not other times. Cannot transfer a call from one extension to another. Ooma tech support says these phones are compatible with the Ooma Telo but something is wrong. Any thoughts?

This Panasonic telephone is a 2-line phone, but the Telo only provides a single-line telephone jack (RJ11C), for use with a 2-wire telephone plug. Be sure to follow the correct set of installation instructions when connecting the Telo to the telephone(s). Is there a separate service available for the second line?
Try testing with one phone first, then with two phones, and so on. If that doesn't help to narrow down the problems, then please provide more details about how many telephones there are, how they're connected to each other, to the Telo, and to a second line, (serially?, in parallel?), etc.
