Red light blinking but phone working

Hi everyone,

Just this morning after a brief internet outage , the red light started blinking but the phone is working for incoming and outgoing calls. Tried unplug and reset; factory reset; router & modem reset; checked my billing info to make sure it's current (it is).

Tried all of the above multiple time and the result is still the same!

I've had my Ooma since 2014 with very few problems

Any ideas?

I just happened to see this post from a few days ago that may help you:

Although you probably did everything that was mentioned and more, maybe there is something that'll spark another idea.

You can try Ooma support if you didn't already.

I actually had tried everything except the total unplug (phone, router, power) and then re-plug in sequence:

Power
Router
Phone line

This seems to have worked . I'll let everyone know if this changes or reverts back to a flashing red light.
