I have a Telo and 4 HD3-HS handsets. One of the handsets will not ring or show anything on the screen for incoming calls. I can dial out with that handset OK.
The handset says it's on HS version 710.0 and RFPversion 357568. The base unit is on version 120332362.
I rebooted the base unit and didn't see any firmware update and unregistered and reregistered the handset but don't see and firmware update either.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Are all of the HD3 handsets using the same version of firmware? Try pressing the red 'Hangup' key for a few seconds to turn off the handset, wait briefly, and then press the key again to turn it back on, (or else remove and reinstall the batteries). If that doesn't work, then it could just be a defective handset.
