Re: Can some please answer this question..
This is primarily a user forum, supported by members who mostly volunteer their own free time, at their own convenience. So, it may take longer than a day for someone to respond. Contact Ooma's customer support to find representatives paid to answer customer questions, or else visit Ooma's support site, instead.jake20 wrote:nobody can answer this? geez
For future reference, putting the question directly in the subject line would help anyone else who might have the same question to find the topic, later on.
Ooma doesn't offer a choice, for most services. Aside from one-time purchases, (for hardware accessories, adding funds to the prepaid account, etc.), Ooma provides a monthly invoice, listing any charges due at that time, (including monthly taxes and fees for Basic service), and then they charge the credit/debit card on file.jake20 wrote:What is the benefit of paying annually vs paying monthly?
Many of Ooma's additional services (international calling plans, premium services, etc.) renew monthly. A few services (like the Annual Premier subscription or premium number) renew annually. Ooma charges for each service at the start of its term.
Only Ooma's Premier service offers a choice between monthly or annual renewal. They cost the same, but the annual service offers one free gift, and a fee waiver for one premium number. When paying in advance for a whole year though, keep in mind that Ooma doesn't offer partial refunds for early termination.
