911 Alert Preference Setting For Mint Service

My parents now use Ooma service and I would like their 911 Alerts to go to my cell phone, which is covered under Mint carrier service. Unfortunately I don't see a selection option in the drop-down for this carrier. Does anyone know if I can select T-Mobile since Mint uses their cell towers and was even acquired in May of this year ( 2024 )? Unfortunately there is no option to test.

Ooma can send 911 alerts via email or SMS. It shouldn't matter what carrier the recipient uses.
