But, I'm unable to access any of those topics. I just get a 404 error when I try to click on any topics at all.

Ooma should fix that. A few years ago, they created a separate site (at community.ooma.com) for Ooma Office forums, and clicking links here would just redirect the users there. However, that site no longer works, and it just redirects users again (to support.ooma.com). There are no forums there, so it returns a 404 error.

Contacting Ooma Business Services directly to report the issue may be more effective.
