Thanks for taking care of my issues and getting me answers Dennis. I fully expect the replacement hub will take care of the connection issues and it will be nice finally having the number ported over so we can cancel Vonage.

Once we see everything stable for a while, we will probably purchase an additional year of premier before the end of the year when the price goes up.
