Inaccurate Caller ID

Starting December 17, the caller ID on my cell phone does not accurately show the caller ID when using multi-ring. the prefix is always the same, but it shows several other "last 4 numbers" however, there is one series that is more common. Has anyone else notice inaccurate caller ID with the multi-ring? It used to be just fine and I did not know it was multi-ring until I answered it.

Can you clarify this a little? Are you saying that if someone calls your from XXX-YYYY-ZZZZ, that the last for digits, ZZZZ is incorrect when ooma multi-rings your cell phone? It would help me greatly if you can send me a few real examples. You can PM me. Thanks.

The prefix, is always 238, regardless who calls, but the last 4 digits change although there is repetition there also. This happens only on cell phones, not landline phones, not just my cell phone, my partner's also.
