Can not dial area code 641 (Rural Phone Line)

I need some help as I can not call any phone numbers with the area code of 641. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help! My email is [censored]
Problems with placing calls to a specific area are going to require Ooma Tech Support to resolve at 888-711-6662. Unfortunately they are closed until tomorrow morning at 8:00am PST. This is assuming that calls to other area codes are working well.
