LOUSY TECH SUPPORT

Post by rebshalom » Wed Dec 31, 2008 1:02 pm

As a new customer, I have tried, and been disconnected from tech support 6 times. I am trying to port a number. I am at the point of returning this POS and forgetting about it since the tech support is so LOUSY.

I am trying to port a number. Vonage did this with a form on their website. Then, again, they are professionals

Don't get discouraged. Ooma is a great system. They've already admitted to dropping the ball on not having enough people on staff for support during the holidays. See if AT&T would ever admit that. Keep trying. Once up, the service works just fine. They've just been overwhelmed with new customers and a large amount of support.
