After work I tried to call my wife at home, and OOMA Telo went direct to my voice message. I cannot make and receive calls. Anyone with the same problem?

Is the Ooma symbol blue?
If lines 1 and 2 are blinking red it sounds like a phone is Off Hook. If not, I would unplug the Telo, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. Both lines should return to blue.

I recycled the power and every lights came back Blue.
Now the question is, why line 1 & 2 were flashing red?

For some reason the Telo had both line 1 & 2 off hook and on hold.

That is the problem, because we did not touch the OOMA telo phone, we are still using our mainline phone.
I am still testing this OOMA telo, is there a log that we can take a look at it?
I wonder when did this issue started.

If it should happen again, unplug your phone from the Telo's "Phone" port and see if the line lights go back to solid blue.

Johwwy,

See my forum post here: http://www.ooma.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=4331

I think I am going through the same thing, and have not gotten a real answer yet that does not involve restarting the unit at an unacceptable rate.
