Multiple numbers ringing on multiple devices QUESTION

I have two numbers on my account. I want the main number to ring on all devices (Hub + 3 Scouts). I want my second line to ring just to the hub. I can figure out how to get the second line to ring just to the hub, but now my main line will not ring to it. (The main line only rings to the scouts.) How do I do this?
