Call Log time seems to be set to UTC

My call log seems to be set to UTC. I am at area code 503. Should be set to Pacific time. My voice mails have the correct time stamp but my call logs do not. They are 8 hours ahead of Pacific time.

Mine is off too. Thought maybe this was in GMT. Would be nice to have it in the timezone which we live in.

Not mine. It's off by 5 hours. I'm on the east coast.
