HDTV Signal sucks

Sorry if this has already been answered - searched unsuccessfully...
I installed ooma without incident but now I cannot view any HD channels through my Time Warner/RoadRunner cable modem.
My setup is: Cable modem/ooma/router.

Use of ooma should have no effect on whether or not your HD channels are working. Your TV service from Time Warner does not go through your cable modem. Something else is most likely going on with your HD service, and it's just a coincidence that it happened right after you connected ooma.
