Incoming Caller ID
Hi renee78,
We don't have an exact area map of affected service areas (it's fairly spread out). If you have any questions on a particular number, please feel free to give our support team a call.
Also of note: if you're using ooma with a landline, your inbound caller-ID will be supplied by your local phone company.

Re: Incoming Caller ID
During our trial period of premium features for new ooma customers, the name of the caller on the caller ID feature did not display; only the caller's number was revealed. Since the trial period for the premium features expired and we elected not to renew, the name of the caller appears. I wonder if the fax works now (it didn't during that trial period).
Re: Incoming Caller ID
Hi busy1,
We recently implemented the feature mentioned in this thread to increase incoming caller-ID name coverage to all subscribers (both Premier and Core). Previously, a smaller group of users had caller-ID for the phone number only.
I'll post more details in release notes in the "updates" forum.
Thanks!
Bobby
