How long I have to wait to get my $50 international call rebate? I have been with ooma over a wek.

I'm not sure, I have been a customer just a little longer and have emailed customer support TWICE to get my account credited as it supossed to but, have not yet been contacted at all by customer support not have I received any emails at all.

Could someone point us to the right direction here, please?
