Hi,

I just purchased ooma telo yesterday. I would to set up my all-in-one HP printer to receive fax. I see in the Premier feature I can enable fax. Can someone show me how to setup so HP will pick up if there is an incoming fax? Is there a distinct ring for fax?

I'm just going through this exercise. I can send faxes but not receive. The HP shows "connecting" but never completes this function and times out. Appreciate your help

For the Telo, need to enable fax mode to maximize incoming fax success. With the Hub, incoming fax mode is automatic.

Fax mode enabled, you may hear more echo as echo cancellation is disabled in this mode.
