Why is my Ooma hub calling out every night? It calls 866 or 800 numbers that are either fax numbers or a computer number line.
Each call lasts 10 to 30 seconds. Sometimes it is a dozen calls per night between midnight and 6-am. How can I stop this? Is my information being monitored? This started shortly after my number was ported and has been increasing every night.

The Hub won't call out by itself - something must be triggering the calls.
Do you have a satellite receiver, Tivo or some other device connected to ooma that could be placing these outbound calls? What happens if you google search one of the toll free numbers it's dialing?

That is exactly what it is. I back fed my hub into my satellite receivers for the caller id and forgot all about it. It took me several hours before it dawned on me what these were and why it started showing up when it did.
