Caller ID Not Working With Call Forwarding

The Caller ID always shows as "Unknown" on my iphone when forwarded (either Multi-Ring or direct forwarding) from Ooma. When multi-ring is set, the wired handset that's attached to the hub shows the caller ID, but not my iphone. Does anyone else have that problem?
