Blacklist Preferences Keep Changing

The preferences of how I want incoming calls from blacklisted numbers keep changing. I save my preferences and they seem to work for a while and then all of sudden they have changed again. It's seems to have something to do with the Dashboard which also keeps changing the level of security that I set. Whatever the issue, it's very annoying!
