Thanks for all the feedback everyone. I emailed Ooma yesterday and just got a generic response they probably send everyone that asks about faxing. Anyone know how do we contact someone that actually works at Ooma to get a fix to our problem?

Tried a fax this morning and it worked! Anyone else seeing this? It's either a fluke or someone changed something back.

I tried this morning and no luck. Is yours still working?

Yup. No change in my setup, but it went from not working to working today. Last time I successfully faxed out was around noon, didn't have any failed faxes today.

My fax works without any problem.

I guess I am just the unlucky one then. Mine still won't work. I just tried again. I haven't been able to fax for 6 days now. It is getting really frustrating to say the least.

Our engineering team is investigating the issue.

I sent a fax successfully just now. (Well I sure hope it comes out legible on the other end.) So my problem has disappeared recently.

I was unable to send a FAX today but could send one last weekend.
I used *99 and set my machine to a low baud rate. Still no joy.

I have never been able to receive FAXes on Ooma but, I rarely use that anyway. FAX mode doesn't seem to help me.

few days ago, none of my faxes went thru. Faxing thru the hub with *99, fax machine on low baud rate, nothing helped. Haven't tested it lately, but I'll provide an update as soon as I fax again.
